I recommend that you set it to whatever your canvas size is and resize and reposition the browser source itself using the manipulation handles. You can adjust the size of the alerts by changing the browser source resolution in OBS Studio. You’ll have to try again later or contact Streamlabs support. If by then it is still not working, then there may be an issue with the streamlabs servers at this time.
